By accessing and using MANULINK ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our manufacturing management platform and services.

MANULINK is a comprehensive manufacturing management platform that provides:

• Tenant-based organization management
• Work order and job tracking
• Resource and inventory management
• Subscription-based access to features
• Multi-user collaboration tools

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

MANULINK operates on a subscription-based model with different tiers of service. Payment terms include:

• Monthly or annual billing cycles
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Refund policy as outlined in our billing terms
• Service limitations based on subscription tier

We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5A. AI Model Training and Improvement

MANULINK uses artificial intelligence to power features such as drawing classification, component detection, and takeoff element recognition. To continuously improve the accuracy and reliability of these AI features, we use anonymized, aggregated data derived from interactions with AI-powered features across all tenants to train and refine our models.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to this usage. The following safeguards apply:

• No personal information, names, company names, or identifiable data is included in training datasets
• All training data is anonymized and stripped of tenant-identifying information before use
• Training data consists solely of technical patterns such as drawing classifications, detection coordinates, and correction feedback
• Trained models are used exclusively within the MANULINK platform to benefit all users
• Anonymized, cropped regions of architectural drawings may be used for vision model training — these contain only technical drawing content (lines, dimensions, symbols) with all identifying information (title blocks, company names, project names) removed

This approach is consistent with standard industry practices used by AI-powered SaaS platforms. For full details on what data is collected and how it is processed, please refer to Section 9A of our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Access data not intended for you

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MANULINK and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MANULINK be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including breach of the Terms.

10. Error Reporting

By using MANULINK, you acknowledge that we may automatically collect technical error information when system issues occur, subject to your consent. This helps us maintain service quality and improve the platform. You can enable or disable this feature at any time in your User Settings.

Error reports contain only technical information (error type, page location, browser info) and do not include personal content, messages, or passwords. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
